How do I download a product?
Our products are sent via WAP push technology. When you receive the message select retrieve or download.
I did not receive my order?
The chances are you have not received your order due to network congestion and you will simply have to wait for your network to send the order. If you have waited for more than 24 hours please see below.
If your phone is not setup to work with the WAP push messages that we send you will not be able to download the product. If your phone is compatible with the product then your phone does support WAP push technology and you should contact your network operator and have them activate WAP for your mobile.

How do I unsubscribe? If for any reason you wish to unsubscribe send STOP to 80777.
